___ A. Limited Registration: never to be used for breeding purposes, and to be
spayed or neutered at the appropriate age. This is only if having puppies would
be dangerous to the puppies he/she might have, or to the dog itself.
___ B. Full AKC Registration: The puppy seems to be of
breeding/showing quality at time of purchase. It is acknowledged though that
some things can happen during growth that could disqualify them from the show
ring. The breeder does not guarantee that the pup purchased will be successful
in showing/breeding programs.
Registration Application
The Seller has registered the litter with the AKC and will provide the
registration application to the buyer. If registration application were not
supplied at the time of purchase, they will be mailed as soon as the seller
receives them.
Health Guarantee
The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health on the date of
purchase/delivery. The buyer has 72 hours to have the puppy checked by a veterinarian of
their choice. If the vet finds anything wrong with the pup that is life
threatening, you may then return the pup along with the Vet statement for a
replacement puppy of equal quality. You must contact the breeder IMMEDIATELY
after finding a serious problem or the guarantee will be invalid. Under all
other circumstances, no exchange will take place. The Seller is NOT responsible
for any veterinarian or return costs. The
purchaser is also responsible for transportation back to the breeder, which is
necessary for an exchange. The puppy being returned must come back with all
paperwork including AKC registration and vet records.
The Seller however, is not responsible for any contagious diseases caught when
the puppy has left our care. And this guarantee will not cover any of those,
including; Parasites internal or external, Coccidiosiss, Giardia, Hypoglycemia,
Hepatitis, Parvo, Kennel Cough, Distemper, Rabies, Corona. These are highly
contagious diseases that can be contracted immediately after leaving sellers
home. This Health Gaurantee only covers Genetic Diseases.
To insure your puppy doesn’t contract these diseases, please keep your puppy
away from all animals until after they have had all their shots and been
checked by a vet.
The Seller has her dogs checked often by the vet and there is very little
chance that such a thing will occur, but there are always things that can go
wrong no matter how careful we are.
This guarantee DOES NOT cover minor flaws such as:
+ Testicals not descending.
+ Breeding incapability.
+ Uneven bite (not a health problem, some puppies bites are even but then
their adult teeth are uneven).
+ Ears not standing.
+ Coat color (coat colors can change as puppy matures).
+ Size (we can give an estimate according to size of puppy now, and the size
the parents usually have, But this is not guaranteed. Some puppies simply
stop growing and some keep growing).
+ Open Fontanel/Molera (very common in Chihuahuas, not life threatening).
+ Long or Short Coat (we can usually tell what length the puppies coat will be
at time of sale, but in some rare cases we might not be able to).
Living Conditions
This puppy is to be kept indoors and never tied or left outside on their own.
They are too small to do this. They are not to be kept in a small crate or cage
except for crate training for shows/house training. The buyer agrees to keep
the puppy in a safe, clean environment. If at any time the purchaser wishes to
sell/give away the puppy they must find it a permanent loving home. If you fail
to do this the puppy must be given back to the seller at no extra cost to the
seller, with AKC registration papers and vet records.
The seller has the right to take back the puppy at any given time if
the seller feels that the puppy is being treated in an inhumane way. This
will be at no cost to the seller. If this happens the buyer is responsible
for bringing the puppy back to the seller with AKC registration.
Immunization/Worming
The buyer will maintain the puppy in good condition, including adherence to a
regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative. We have given the puppy
the following:

It is your responsibility to call your vet and set up the proper schedule
following the shots already given. There will be a series of two to three more
shots given at four weeks apart.

You must worm your puppy every two weeks until they are 12 weeks old,
then every month until they are a year old. We use “Lambert Kay” liquid wormer.
Give your puppy 5 ml each time.
3. Albon 5% given 10 times before puppy leaves (As a preventative for
